I no this has been covered but cant sseem to fine the bit about how to get photos on here,i cant just copy and paste them so how does photo bucket work again.

click upload photos, find your photo file and upload.
copy and paste one of the 4 links, i think its the bottom one, into your pp post. i always preview the post to check i've got the right one!
