Difference between CM and EWCM - Confused

What is the difference?!
Today should be the run up to ovulation for me (actual date predicted is monday 26th) but since monday I've had a lot of CM but today nothing. I haven't had any EWCM.
Have I now ovulated and on to the 2WW? So confuzzled by it all!!
