On a mission tonight!
Well tonight after I finish work at 4.00 pm I am nipping over to my flat to bring the rest of my clothes over, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. When I moved into OH's house he was a single typical batchelor and didn't invest in wardrobes etc so because of our upcoming holiday I have invested in some cheap covered wardrobes (a double for me and single for him),just till we kit the main bedroom out with fitted wardrobes. We have an ensuite bedroom then another double bedroom (where up to now all my clothes etc are as well as a storage cupboard). The 3rd little bedroom will be turned into a nursery if and when i fall pregnant. So tonight my mission is to turn the spare double bedroom into my dressing room yey!! The mattress that was in there is getting took to the tip. I can't wait to play and tidy everything away (sad i know) but always wanted a room specific to my clothes and getting ready!! Then the storage cupboard will be for all my shoes and bags!! I ideally would like those see through shoe boxes and a pic of each one on the front but that is getting into another OCD of mine ha ha )

KellyB23 - So do I, love organising things. I get such a nice feeling of achievement when I have finished and it will make the upstairs so much more tidier - hate not having a wardrobe for my clothes so at present they are sprawled over the two spare beds and I can never find anything. It will be nice to have the cupboard for my shoes too.
Thanks girls - I certainly will enjoy myself. I will probably sleep for England after humping dresser ect down two flights of stairs then up the stairs at the house; worth it though especially when we plan to rent my flat out to pay the mortgage. Let's hope we are all planning our nurseries soon!! xx
Now its a small bedroom and hubby takes over with all his shirts for work...grrr, no space for shoes, and my dresses are in the loft!!! BOOO!!
You are so, so lucky!!!!

Well last night I went with OH to the skip first so he could get rid of an old TV etc to create more room. Then we went straight to the flat (had to be quick as it was his work van which is trackered). We were just nearly finished and he stopped to get a drink and I just heard him shout Oi get away from that van. Well that was it I took flight down the two flights of stairs taking 6 at a time holding onto the hand rail. I have never ran that fast since school but this kind of thing bugs me. I got the van and the door was open so carried on running and chased them down the bank over the road and then thought I can't possibly run any further and besides i would have killed them had i got a hold of them and thought best of it. So i was beetroot and shaking when i got back to the flat. Oh said he didn't know where i had gone ha. That kind of thing gets right under my skin. Needless to say it did my pluck in so i only did a bit in the room after that. I have the boxes to unpack tonight which i am looking forward to xx
