Newbie saying hi plus a question or two
Hi all,
This is my first ever post - so, even though I've been reading throught the chat room since we started TTC in September last year, I consider myself a 'newbie'.
I just wanted to ask if anybody knows what day I should count as Day 1 - is it the first day I see any blood even if it's a tiny amount or is it the first day with a significant amount? (Sorry if TMI).
Also, I think I remember seeing somewhere that anti histamines have contraceptive properties but cannot find it again so wondered if anyone else had heard the same?
Would be grateful for any answers.

However when I was pregnant with my baby girl, I was told not to carry on taking my antihistamines. Not sure what advice is for if you are TTC.
