  I'm such a child, that really made me giggle!
  
  My lo has had both crab and scampi and loves them, as far as I'm aware they are fine from 6 months.

  I giggled too! I thought it was going to be a topic about baby's poo after eating scampi lol
  
  I am sure I have read as well that after 6 months babies can more or less eat anything with a few exceptions such as honey and nuts!

  think it depends on any allergies, the same as peanuts. ds is allergic to cows milk so we've been told to avoid shellfish and any nut products until he's 3, but if there are no allergies then usually its fine from 6 months and the only thing they can't ahve is honey until they're 1yr xx
