Seriously, try cranial osteopathy. Ben is now sleeping through from 9pm to 7.30am pretty much every night, something I never thought possible. And he naps too!
Do they ever bounce themselves? LO is 4 months and doesn't and I think the chairs are only suitable up to 6 months. I tend to bounce it with my foot. When I was a kid my mum used to get me to bounce my little brother in his... so maybe it's better with a second as you can get big brother/sister to bounce them.
