They are quite sugary but not compared to other cereals out there. I always try and stick to the supermarket own brands as they tend to have less sugar in them than the branded makes, but not with Cheerios!! I looked at sainsburys and tescos and they had rediculous amounts in compared to cheerios!! So as long as you're giving him the 'proper' ones and not too often then it'll be fine. My DS loves them as well; him and his daddy fight over them!!
