Employment Law Advice Needed
Hi
I have recently returned to work from maternity leave (26th April was my return date)
This week letters were sent out to the whole company informing them of pay rises, I was sent a letter telling me that I wasn't awarded one.
As far as I can tell I am the only one who hasn't been given a pay rise. I thought that I wasn't to be discriminated against for having had maternity leave? Am I right in thinking this?
I have been in my job 10 years and this has really upset me.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Sam

I would query it with them first incase there has been some sort of error but i'm pretty sure thats against the law not to give you a payrise, even performance related?
