maybe a silly question??

well,, sorry if i seem really silly...
but hwen i get my af, for the first day, sometimes two, its is hardly anything, like maybe just when i wipe etc,(sorry tmi)...but then full amount on maybe day 2 or 3....
so, for ov and timing purposes , i have been using the first day ig et anything as day 1...but im sure is aw someone else on here said it is not until the first day of full flow???

can someone let me know, casue i think i might have been misjudging everything, in which case i actually have around a 37 days cycle then. xx

im not 100% but if it was me, i would count from first full flow, or when its a bit more than just spotting? if that makes sense? so like when its unsafe to use a panty liner. lol? xxxxx

I asked this question a few weeks ago huni and i was told the first day is when you get full flow .Good luck.
