if you google'ovulation calculator' you can work it out all from there!
you put in the first day of your last period and then your cycle length and it will tell you when you are most fertile i.e ovulating.
your egg will live for around 24 hours while the sperm can live for up to 5 days.
if you have sex before, during and after ovulation then you are more likely to conceive.
