What to do with fluffy hair?

Hi mummies
my DD (almost 9 months) has lots of hair, she's recently had her 1st trim but her hair has gone all fluffy!! It looks a bit messy sometimes lol. I use Johnsons baby shampoo (the lavender one) and brush/comb it twice a day, but is there anything I can do so it doesn't look like permanent "Bed Head"??
