multi vitamins?

hi girls

was just wondering why does it say on vitamin packaging why we shouldnt use them if we are trying to ttc?

I think if you are ttc, you are not supposed to have too much Vitamin A whihc is in multivits. I could be wrong!

I dont think normal milti vits have enough folic acid in them either. You can get multi vits for when TTC/pregnancy -they do tend to be more expensive though :-/
