Ovary pain anyone?

Since I came off the pill two years ago I have notices twinges almost ever month from my right side. As they seemed to happen around the middle of the month I took them to be ovulation pains. The last two or three months these twinges have been more like sharp pains and have been more spread out throughout my cycle. I am not ovulating yet but these sharp pains have woken me up the last few nights. I also felt them through my chemical pregnant last month.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? I'm wondering if I have a cyst.
