cervix position?

is it supposed to be high and soft when your ovulating? and does it stay that what if your pregnant?

not sure i googled it as was trying to find out this morning but they all said that a cervix position cannot say wether you are pregnant or not as everyone is different but can give yiu and indication when you are oving as long as you check at the same time of day each day!
