Pudding ideas
Hey ladies
Dylan is BLW and will literally eat anything. Now I can be quite inventive for lunches, teas and breakfasts etc but im struggling with afters. Now he LOVES his fruit and has a massive bowl in a morning with natural yogurt after his toast/cereal/etc but I dont want to give him fruit after every meal as his newly emerged teeth will rot!
So any ideas for any quick afters I can give him, I love cooking but we dont have a big freezer so making up a load of rice pudding etc would only be a waste at the minute although that should soon hopefully change. I would like to be as healthy as possible for him
Help ?

Thanks mithical for those links, some great ideas & recipes on there. Mmm some for DD, some for Mummy xx
Its a recipe from the annabel karmel book-cook some chopped apples and raisins in a pan with a little orange juice for about 5-10 minutes and add a teeny bit of cinnamon if you like. It smells delish!x
It is so easy to make.
4 oz (1/2 cup) butternut squash puree (made from roasted butternut squash for sweetness)
drop of vanilla extract
Stir the vanilla into the puree, then place in the freezer.
Just as the squash is on the point of freezing, stir it thoroughly and serve!
I got it from the Homemade food website that mithical has alread placed the link for.]
I will also be watching out for this thread to steal some ideas though!
