double pushchair or buggy board?

hello i have a 2 year old son, and im due to have my 2nd in november. my son will be 3 in febuary he seems to struggle walking to town and back wich is a 10 min walk, so i dont know if he will need a double pushchair or if ill be wasting my money, as a buggy bord sounds good but im not sure if my son will struggle. please tell me what you think, thanks $:\$ ?

Hi you could get one of thoses buggys that come apart and you can use them for 1 or 2 babys phil and teds etc?
