Just a quickie does anyone know if a 5month old can eat spinach?? X

    in small amounts i don't see why not, puree it up with some sweet potato, yummy!

    Yes! At least, mine has. Ella's Kitchen do a spinach, apple and swede pouch which is suitable from 4 months.

    Thanks ladies I had sone left over and thought she could have some with Potato for dinner but as it's high in iron it made me doubt myself!
