Which cottage cheese/cream cheese?

Are there certain cottage cheeses or cream cheeses that my 7 month old can or cannot have? Sorry if I seem a bit clueless, I personally don't like cottage cheese or cream cheese apart from dairylea so have no idea which is what!! Xx

... on toast, in sandwiches mixed with salmon and avocado, with fish pie, with jacket potato and in pasta sauces.

Personally I wouldn't give her cottage cheese because it's very low in fat.

Just get the plain cottage cheese without flavour. Lots of places do a low fat version, so obviosuly choose the higher. Same with cream cheese, although you might want to look at the salt in these to get the lowest. I use Philli!
