Can I give my 6 month old tinned tuna?

Just as the title says really. I have stated giving him sandwiches and he loves them so looking for other good fillings. He has cheese spread at the moment and loves it image x

    yip long as its small amounts (which it would be) megan has 1/4-1/2 tin in pasta or sandwich etc not every week - its fine just limit amount (like advised to when pregnant) cause of the mercury and also avoid the 1 in brine due to salt content.

    Yep as Lauz says. Go for tuna in sunflower oil or spring water though rather than brine. I think brine is salt water which is why it's bad
