Baby gym.

At group this morning the hv who runs it mentioned that in 2 weeks time we have a lady coming to do a baby gym session. She has said rather than getting her to come, she would like to watch what is being done with the nursery nurse who works at group, and copy the session once in a while for us.
Has anyone been to a bay gym session? I'm not sure what it involves but it does sound fun and different.

    We have a local sports centre which runs a similar type thing, none of the usual country wide groups are in this area. It looks fab but unfortunately like all the parent and baby groups, I am at work when they are on!!

    Nicola i am not sure what it is like. Nobody in the group really knows but we are looking forward to her visit.

    I will wait and see what it is like and let you know.
