7 months - how much formula

Just wondered what is the norm for a 7 month old to drink? My Lo is having about 10-14oz a day plus juice x

I think they're meant to have 20oz a day at 6 months as a minimum, so that does seem a little low. Might be worth asking your HV what the actual figures are. x

yes 20oz minimum at 6+ months, don't forget milk is the main source of nutrition until a year so I would quit with the juice and give baby more formula/EBM if they will take it. Any solids are an added bonus

at our 7 month check up our pediatrician suggested 35 oz
