Painful boobs
Hello everyone!
I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl last Friday
We are bottle feeding and my breasts are now so heavy / sore / painful... I know this is normal but I just wondered if there was anything I can do to make them feel better, and also how long they would feel like this for? does the pain just ease off itself eventually, if so how long does it take? sorry about all the questions but they are making me so uncomfortable lol

It doesn't take too long for the milk to dry up, about a week, I'd say? (People, please, correct me if I'm wrong, it was a very long time ago for me!)
