SMP.

Where I work it is full pay for 6 weeks then 90% of my wage till 6 months is SMP on top of the 90%? Should know this but totally forgot?

    Normally SMP starts after your maternity package has finished. For instance I get the first 6 weeks at 100% and that's it so I get SMP after. As chrissy says I would double check it with your employer xx

    The smp is paid to the employer from hmrc so they pay you the rest during the maternity package but when that finishes the just pay you the smp.
