If my CWCM is sticky and white does this mean I am OV not using sticks or temping so not quite sure..





Any opinions? xx

    Its a good indicator! If you get some between your finger a thumb (ewwww, I know!!) and slowly pull your finger and thumb apart, it should stretch between. PS. Don't know if its a typo, but its egg white cervical mucous. EWCM xx
