Evening primrose oil tablet question???

Hi all,

I have read the evening primrose oil tablets help with CM (getting to egg white) so its easier for the sperm.

I am assuming therefore, that its safe to take whilst TTC. Has anyone else heard of this? I am desperate and willing to try anything.

hi i've been taking starflower oil which has the same good stuff as epo but has twice as much. I have defo noticed more ewcm since taking it. but only take it for the first 2 weeks of the cycle xx
