MMR jab - fever etc

ds had his mmr jab 9 days ago and now since yesterday lunch he has had a temp and not eating (drinking plently of fluids at least) im putting it down to MMR jab, anyone had any similiar side effect? how long do they last for?

    Im sure sure tbh honest. I think its only supposed to be a couple of days but dont quote me. Is he feeling any better yet? xx
