Im pregnant but suffering from server bleeding

I am 21 years old and i have just found out that i am pregnant between 4 or 5 weeks and im having bleeding and im scared that im suffering from a miscarriage and i dont understand im pregnant but why am i bleeding stil, I never exprienced this in my first pregnancy with bb and i dont why its happening this, is it normal or suffering from a miscarriage Please help if you can
