Is my body playing horrible games with me? Or am I pregnant!!

Hi ladies I've had many of cycles now with clomid and IUI and having the trigger injection to realise my eggs... My day to test is always given to me but unfortunately I never make it to that day As my AF always shows up exactly 2 days before every single time!! This is our 2nd cycle if IUI and the worst nothing has really gone right..... Anyway my test day is tomorrow and still no sign of AF?? Had period pains from Wednesday last week to Friday and now nothing.... Took 2 clear blue digitals and not pregnant I don't understand could the tests be wrong ??? Xxxxxxx
