Hi all,
I was just wondering what supplements you all have your OH's on? I have bubby on Pregnacare Conception, Omega 3 and Vit c but wondering if I should also try some CQ-10?!?!? Hubby has low morphology I should add.

You could look at introducing maca... It is believed to help both male & female fertility... I would def recommend tablet form as the powder tastes gross!! Also make sure you get good quality ones.
start off on a low dose & work up to a tolerable level (as it can cause digestive upset in many people if you take too high a level for you).
