Do you know, edmontonkitty, I didn't know that until a few years ago - when I met an ambulance worker at a party and he told me how much he hates arriving at the scene of a car crash and the car has a Baby on Board sticker - but no sign of a child anywhere nearby.
I think a lot of people think the stickers/badges are just nice decoration or a way of saying how proud you are of being a parent.
