That this baby arrives at the weekend, preferably Saturday!
wednesday is my DD. I have MW tomorrow so going to beg for a sweep on Friday.
Im working on Wednesday, Thursday i have reflexology booked, trying to get acupuncture on Friday, hot curry, ball at the ready, pineapple. Anything else I can add?

I had reflexology and a cup of chocolate chilli tea and my waters broke half an hour after that! Lots of vibes for you x

Spicy food and sex. Sex is a very scientific one, you need a combination of semen and...er, pleasure (!!) from you to be most effevtive I hear. I started having contractions the day after a very hot curry and getting H in on the action.

I read that orgasms are helpful even without semen. 
The midwives on my antenatal course said they can't officially endorse it but lots of people have sworn by raspberry leaf tea.

VIbes to you mrs!!!!!have you asked the reflexologist to use Clary sage??? apparently its meant to start labour! I used it yesterday in the bath for the first time! only one to two drops though as it can be dangerous if miss used apparently
