Can you freeze croissants?
Louie loves a croissant and Asda sell them individually wrapped. I'm trying a Tesco shop this week and can't see individual ones so if I bought a big pack and froze them would that work?

I can't imagine it working - I think they would go soggy. Could ypou buy forzen partly cooked ones?
Oh not sure will check the freezer section.
I remember when I was little mum used to buy a can of dough you'd roll out into shapes and bake into croissants.
You can still get them. Usually in the aisle near the milk and premade pastry etc
I can't find anything on Tesco website.
We freeze pain au chocolat and other pastry type things, in fact I think croissants too once heated they were fine
I've frozen croissants and had no problem.
