Meal inspirations please!

  • Thai green curry, fajitas, wraps, roasted vegetable lasagne/pasta bake (omit the tomatoes and use dairy-free cheese sauce), falafel, homemade chicken kebabs, chicken pie/stew /curry using leftovers from a roast, soup (using stock made from roast chicken).

    I'll have a little think of some other dishes for you.

  • Shepherds pie, cottage pie, roasts with veg, sweet and sour chicken (or other meat or veg version), tuna and sweetcorn pasta, jacket potato - use sweet potato in jacket for a change - with various fillings,
