I'm 16 and half weeks. I've just noticed a little wet patch on my top. At first I thought I'd spilt water, but I haven't. It's my boob. What's going on?! Is that normal??
It hasn't happened to me but I keep waiting for it. My friend had it happen to her from around 18 weeks I think so I think it's just another oh so glam pregnancy side-effect!
It's normal it's colustrum which is brilliant stuff and is there ready to feed your baby til your milk comes in. You might need to get some breast pads
Oh yes, totally normal. I have had it for a while now although no leaking, only when...umm... squeezed. I have bought some breast pads just in case I do leak though, I found some disposable ones in Superdrug, 99p for the box and they are BOGOHP at the moment )

Totally normal - like Isis said, might be worth getting some breast pads in case you need them although I never leaked enough to need them pre-birth.
Thanks everyone, glad it's normal!

Reusable breast pads might be best if you've started leaking now, won't feel scratchy compared to the disposable ones.
Totally normal. I only leaked pre-birth during the night which was handy, but regularly woke up with cup sized patches on my pyjama top!
Thanks ladies.
I was thinking reusable, can anyone recommend a brand? I looked on the boots site at theirs but they had crappy reviews!
I've heard Little Lamb are good - www.thenappylady.co.uk/.../washable-breast-pads.html
Thanks DS, I’ll have a look
Little lamb ones are good. Just don't accidentally tumbke dry!
Oh and get one of those net bag things to put them in washing machine in case they clog it up (and just keeps them together)
Totally normal. I started leaking at exactly 12 weeks and it didn't stop till my LG was about 4 months :-o
Thanks ladies. I looked at the little lambs but they are discontinued!! Gutted!
