Mine already feels uncomfortable. Do I have to take it out (i dont want to!) or can I buy a bigger size? If I can buy a bigger size, where do you recommend?
I took mine out about 20 weeks as I could feel it stretching. I poked it through every few days. It does go back in but my belly button looks weird and deep so I've not put it in!
I took mine out once it started sticking out. You can buy flexible bars or as Custard says, poke it through every few days. I actually decided I was happy without mine so didn't bother and it has healed up inside now xx
I am wearing a 20mm one at the minute and it is much more comfortable than the normal metal bar I was wearing before. I also ordered a 30mm one in case I am still wearing it at the end!

I'm wondering how much longer I'm going to last. It isn't sore but it's starting to stick out a little bit now.
I believe there are flexible bars that you can buy. I've seen them on Amazon and eBay.
