Ring slings
I already have a baby hawk, but thinking about getting a ring sling for a quick run to shops alternative, plus the extra vision for d when in a hip carry. Anyone else recommend one?

I have one - a Girasol one (made from a Girasol wrap).
I have to admit I've not really quite mastered it yet. It's so quick to put on though. I tend to use it around the house and for popping into shops.

I've had them, don't sling my 4yo anymore as he walks everywhere but they are great for quick up and downs, not great for any length of time though. I like a gathered shoulder.
