I agree - any rash, any odd-looking spots head straight to your GP or A&E. And be prepared to hassle medical staff til you little one gets looked at properly!
What an incredible story and testament to the power of recovery of kids. I guess the thing to take away from this is to take no risks with suspicious rashes, and make sure that examining doctors are nto dismissive either.
