My 4 month old daughter has only slept about 15 hours in the last 2 days and 2 nights. She seems exhausted but no matter what me or my partner do she won't sleep. and if she does sleep she wakes up within minutes. She seems really overtired ang aggitated. What should we do?

It could be 4 month sleep regression, Take a look online to see if it fits with what your little girl is doing. If it is sleep regression it should only last a week or so, hope this helps.
