Got an answer to you all that have problems with the floating harness i got same problem solution buy a buggy seat liner/cozy toes attatch to pram it holds the harness shoulder straps in place for Complete safety supports from shoulders and secure as the seat liner attaches the top of buggy a bit like a pillow case sits over the top of seat hope that's helpfull all that got same problem otherwise best buggy ever love it got grand children from weeks old to toddlers fits all and love this buggy /car seat x
