I need help...

Okay I have taking all these and you see what's on them... I went to a clinic and the test was negative.. After leaving the clinic I started a very mild bleeding..It's a pinkish color but I only it when I wipe... I really need some very good advice on what I need to do and need to know if I am pregnant and just in my early stage..Or if I am not pregnant...So I'll stop worrying myself to death..
