First Attempt

My boyfriend and I have decided to start trying to have a baby. I had the implant removed about a month ago and was then put on to the pill, I have stopped taking the pill and have started taking Folic Acid supplements (nearly every article I've read has suggested taking it when trying to conceive). As this will  be our first child, and our first attempt at trying, is there anything anyone suggests that I do that would in crease my chances of conceiving? Thanks in advance image

  • Hey. Good luck!! You can use opks daily to help detect when you ovulate. You can also track cycles on an app which will give you an idea of how long your cycles are, when youre more fertile, when your af is due, etc. Id say just relax and try to enjoy it, do lots of bd (every other day or more) and it'll happen x
