Hello everyone. Just letting you know that we're going to be editing the thread title a little.
It's true that Johnson & Johnson has lost a civil case in the US, involving a woman who died from ovarian cancer, which she said was caused by using Johnson & Johnson’s baby powder and other products containing talcum. The jury in the civil case has awarded $72m to the family of the woman. And Johnson & Johnson is considering an appeal.
But it's not true – to the best of our knowledge – that Johnson & Johnson has actually admitted that their products cause cancer.
So, now that this thread has been brought to our attention, we'll be editing the thread title to more accurately reflect that.
