Sperm analysis showed no sperm

Hi ladies,

Me and my Oh have been ttc for 1year now, I had my test which showed possible PCOS but I was ovulating. He had his test and the sperm analysis showed no sperm. Today we went for it US and the doctor doing the scan said everything seemed normal and didn't seem to be a blockage. Me and Oh ar absolutly heartbroken. 

We are going to ask his Dr to send another referal for another analysis done. 

Can anyone show any positivity on this? I can't stop getting upset.
