Implantation bleeding or period ?

Hi Guys, on sept 7 after having intercourse I went to the restroom to clean my self and when I whiped my self i noticed a pinkish discharge I put on a small bad cause I was supposed to get my period the next day. the next day arrived and I was cramping I went to the restroom and checked and I noitced I had a pinkish brownish discharge which is weird for me cause I start off heavy on sept 10 it got a little bit heavier with bright red blood. Then it stopped I was just spotting again . So I had intercourse that night on sat and whenever I got off I was bleeding bad like if I was on my period it was bright red . I got scared went to the restroom and it stopped and I'm still just spotting . the color is red with brown . I'm really confused
