It means you are fertile. The thing about ovulation is that if you wait until what you think is ovulation day itself to have sex you might still miss that egg as they only live for one day. Sperm can live for three or four days inside you though so you should have sex a few times in the days leading up to ovulation day as well to make sure you have sperm inside you waiting for the egg.
