Pregnancy Symptoms?

Okay so for the past few weeks I've had early pregnancy symptoms such as sore boobs/nipples, feeling tired constantly, feeling nauseous, bloated all the time, just all in all I felt pregnant. Bleeding started to show 3/4 days before my actual period was due, for the first day it was barely noticeable, just spotting, the second day was very light bleeding with slight heavier bleeding towards bedtime. The third day was the same heavier bleeding I'd had the night before and on the forth day it was almost unnoticeable again, just spotting. (Sorry if tmi) 
I thought bleeding would have been a big reminder that I'm not pregnant but I still feel as I did before, if not the symptoms are even worse..
Help??
