Hello. I have just started taking ac as I am trying for first baby with no luck and heard it can really help.

I'm confused about taking it during ovulation. Some say up until, some say until end of, around day 15. When should I stop taking it? Before or after ovulation.

Any advice would be great.

    Hi I know you posted this a while ago but I have just started taking agnus castus as I dont think I'm ovulating and have been ttc for 7months. I was just wondering how you got on and if you got your bfp? X
