Hi all, I work 24hrs a week night shift and I was just wondering what would be the best time to do a bbt since I'm up all night 3 nights a week.

I see people are reading but not responding smh. It's okay I can find another forum to sign up with.
People are probably not responding because they dont know what to advise!
temps are meant to be taken at the same time every day after at least 3 hours sleep.... if you can't do this because of your job then temping may not work for you.... you could try for a month and see.
