So my husband and I have been ttc for 6 months now and I am three days after ovulation as of my calculations and I have had really bad stomach cramps and super awful heartburn along with stuffy nose and my nipples are very sore not my boobs.... Do I have a pretty good chance of being pregnant I am tired of seeing BFN!!!! Thank you in advance everybody!!!!

    If i am exspierencing back pain, tighting in my stomach, always tired like dont want to go into work,my nipples are kind of tender could i be pregnant
