been feeling very dizzy,faint sick and having abdominal pain as if I'm on my period but ain't anyone else have hage problem? Could I be pregnant?

there is no way to tell from symptoms alone.
How far are you from expected period?
Maybe try a test? First response are usually one of the most sensitive. Test with first morning urine aswell
